The first step in the CLAMS process is to rank the above items in order of importance from one to five.   This prioritization should take into consideration where you are at in your career and all items of consideration that may have an impact on the decisions you will be making.

The second step in the CLAMS process is to write a brief description of what each item means to you and why it may be more or less important to you than the other items.

Once the CLAMS process is complete the consultants at Platinum Black will have a better understanding of how to best market you into the opportunities that we are discussing, as well as counsel you in the career choices being evaluated.
