BBI is said to be 55 percent predictive of future on-the-job behavior, while traditional interviewing is only 10 percent predictive.

Describe the most unique project you have been part of.   What role did you play?   Who did you manage?   Who did you report to?   Explain the process from conception to implementation.

Describe in full detail an example of a situation, which illustrates your stereotypical role on a project.   What was your involvement with work processes and work redesign?

How many projects have you managed over the past 3 years?   How many people have reported to you on each project?   Who did you report to?   What were the sizes (revenue) of these projects?   Explain the role you played on the largest and the smallest project.

Describe the most difficult employee situation you have ever been involved in.   What is the average number of people you have been responsible for at one time?   What level of employee has typically reported directly to you? What have been your 5 greatest challenges in maximizing employee potential?

Describe a decision you made without consulting superiors.   What was the outcome?   Would you do the same thing again?   What have you learned from the experience?

Describe a time when you have made an immediate and sustainable impact at the board level of a major company.

Describe a time when your tenacity resulted in closing a deal?   Be specific.

Describe the process you use to gain a clear understanding of a client's key issues and hidden agendas.

Describe your most successful sales presentation to a major client.   Be specific.

Describe your time management system.   How do you plan your day, week and month?

Describe a period of time when you were traveling a high percentage of time and had to rely on technology to conduct business.

Describe your working knowledge of ACT, Sales Force or Gold Mine software programs.

Describe your working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.   What programs are included in Microsoft Office?

Describe the process you utilize for penetrating new accounts.   Include levels of contact, vertical markets you have specifically targeted and companies where you have contacts.
