Priority Search  Priority search is best used for mid-level management or staff positions which must be filled in a timely period.  These include all middle management, senior level engineering, or marketing positions.  A team of search consultants will be assigned to your search assignment until the project is filled.  An upfront engagement fee will start the process, and a 60-Day guarantee will be in effect.

Retained Search  Our Retained search option is best suited for Director Level and above.  This option offers a full-service search assignment with total devotion to your project until the position is filled.  We offer a 90-Day guarantee, as well as exclusivity of a candidate presentation.
